Welcome to Caluka Farms
Caluka Farms is a private company that has been established in March 2018 to invest into high rainfall areas of southern Australia and grow livestock. The company was started by Wayne Smith, the director of Agronomic Acumen (agronomy.com.au). Being a private company, there is a legal maximum of 50 “entities” that can invest into this company. However, if you would like to invest into Caluka Farms, you can either buy shares in a company that is one of the 50 “entities” that own shares in Caluka Farms, or you can contact us and we will take your expression of interest to the share holders at the Board meetings for deliberation on possible options for you.
We are always seeking more farms for Caluka Farms to manage or purchase. If you have farms in the >600mm annual rainfall areas of southern Australia and would like to lease it (we pay above market rates for good properties with a long lease), or would like to sell to us, please contact us. We would love to talk to you. To read more about Caluka Farms, its philosophies, goals and achievements, please see the “About” section.
